We booked this hotel after checking out of another 4 star hotel as that one was so poor. The hotel was easy to book, really helpful reception staff, the breakfast was lovely and the rooms had everything you really need. The rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping staff were really friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and there was even a large TV to watch the football and a bar. We never used the swimming pool however it did look lovely and clean. The hotel is in a great central location within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It was also situated next to the bus station and 5 minutes walk to the train. Its also really easy to get a taxi from the hotel if you would rather not walk and its only a 10 minute drive to the airport. This hotel is definitely worth a 4 Star, we would use it again and highly recommend it:)

Fantastic experience!! I have stayed at many any other Ibis properties in Morocco and this is the top notch, best experience!! Ibriham is a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐!! He should be a voice in all of your properties, he and his staff helped me in a time most needed and unexpected!! Hafado Allah!! I have been in Morocco for a very long time and I will always return inshallah because of people like Ibriham, my brother!!

Ibis has recently been refurbished downstairs in the bar area… absolutely love this hotel and they’re making great improvements. Perfect location for visiting and travelling around Marrakesh… next to bus and rail links. Short taxi ride into the medina..great swimming pool which def a bonus in hot weather!!

Breakfast was wide range of intercontinental, hotel was very well kept and in PERFECT location for train and coach station being next door Ibis hotel is probably one of the most reliable hotels worldwide for consistency and stayed with them in other countries aswell

My room was okay, the bed comfortable and the toilet is good. The location is the best, just near train station and the main road, not too noisy. There are restaurants and exchange office nearby.
